The cost of housing while you are in an MBA program should be considered in the overall cost of getting your education. Housing costs vary considerably and depend on the region of the country and proximity to the school you are attending. Some colleges and universities provide married student and single student housing which is usually located near the school and may be offered at a lower rent than other local housing. Student housing is usually in high demand, and even if provided by the school may not be available to new students. A school may also offer housing only to students in some of its MBA programs. For example, housing may be available only to full-time students.
