Companies Recruiting on Campus

Most MBA students are interested in the job opportunities that the degree makes available to them. Finding the right job is easier if companies hiring MBA graduates come to campus to interview. Schools graduating a large number of students generally attract more recruiting companies than smaller schools. A large number of recruiters, however, does not necessarily mean a large number of job interviews. And a large number of job interviews does not always mean talking with the best selection of companies. Interpreting placement statistics must be done carefully, with the understanding that statistical data may not always represent what an individual student experiences.

Schools with large numbers of interviews per student receive high rank positions.
