Im a b tech - computer science graduate with 3 years of experience in Java in Telecom domain. Im not interested to continue in the same domain and Im thinking of doing MBA in HR. Does it add value to my career ? Will my three years of experience go waste if I change my domain to human resources. And do I have to join as Trainee n then proceed once I complete MBA-HR? If HR is not a good option which one can I opt for ?

Since you are turning another path, sort of yes, you would be wasting three years but think this way instead, you are following what your heart desires and your knowledge in other areas will surely help you in human resource.

Companies today value those that have specialized in a Human Resources/Human Capital Management type MBA. People with expertise in HR management are always given priority so it would be a great option for you. And about your 3 years of experience in Java, it won't be a waste if you can find a way to use it in the future.

online MBA in Human Resources degree can get you into one of the more interesting fields. This is a great field to enter if you like working directly with people. Some of the salaries are not as lucrative as other MBA degrees, but all of the careers in this category earn above the national average salary.
