Well, if you're in India, you should be aware that the AICTE has warned students against joining unapproved programs (http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Students_beware/articleshow/1796056.cms).

The Mumbai Institute of Management and Physical Education may not be accredited by IACTE. I can't tell on looking at their web site and I don't see them on IACTE list of accredited schools (http://www.aicte.ernet.in/AccreditedInstitute.htm), but maybe I'm not looking in the right place. They do seem to be ISO 9001 certified, which is good.

They may offer a high-quality educational experience regardless of their accreditation; but you need to investigate.

Please check all the affiliation and others registrations documents about this suggestion and if everything is all right then go. MBA is better if it is done from right institute.
