You already have 5 years experience in operations. It is better to go for MBA in Operations Management

heloo,ya definately you can opt MBA in operation management .As you can do it with your job. There is no point to leave job and do MBA from regular college. So distance education is better option to you,in which dont need to attend classes and go for any registration. I know one university the global open university which has these qualities which i said earlier .so for details you can visit http://tgouwp.edu/courses-offered/ .

You can get idea of International Business by reading some books but it would be difficult to get a separate IT course once you are working. Thus I suggest that you do MBA with IT than IB. You must try to go through the curriculum of IT and IB to get a better idea.

You could have an MBA degree and be working for an IT company. Or, you could be an HR recruiter or placement consultant. You could be an MBA professor or an MBA student.
