Did you try using the Search & Rank feature of this site?
Check all the boxes in section one, select Human Resources as a concentration, and Information Technology as a combination degree. You'll get a list of 18 or so MBA programs to choose from.

Here is a great resource for online degree programs (http://onlinedegreeprograms.org). Just do a little research on some of the schools there, or even contact them directly and I'm sure they will be willing to work with you.

There are many online universities that offer online degree programs and they are all over the internet. It is very important that you enroll in a reputable, accredited online university. Today, getting a degree in Linguistics has become easier than ever. It is now even possible to obtain distance MBA through the use of distance learning (http://www.theonlineschools.net) courses. I would like to recommend a website: Theonlineschools.net having detailed information on all online colleges along with the data base of 12,000 online degree programs being offered currently.

Now a day's most of the business school is offering dual specialization in MBA keeping in view industry requirement and employability prospect. Some of the popular dual specializations that most of the institutions are Marketing and Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management and Information Technology. Current global recession has forced industry to appoint candidate who is having multi tasking ability. There is huge demand in the industry for the candidates who are having multi skill and who can perform diversified jobs with equal efficiency. MBA degree with dual specialization solves this purpose. Hi Pradeep, MBA degree with dual specialization is a great choice primarily because it offers great exposure .Furthermore, there is an added advantage for you of gaining more knowledge regardingthe specific stream you are targeting thereby proving complementary to the other subject. Howsoever, do keep in mind that dual specialization has its own difficulties and could be more so in your case since you are going distant. But if you can handle the pressure, then it’s the way to go!

I can’t take studies seriously if its distance course. For me either full time MBA or Executive MBA would work better. I am planning to do Executive MBA after 2 years from now.

I feel that in whatever field you are looking to pursue, its all about what learning style fits best for you. If that is distant learning, in the classroom of a big university or online in your living room. It all depends on what best fits what you're looking for and also what is in your budget. In regards to money, there are multiple resources available from the Gov http://federalstudentaid.ed.gov/ that allows you to pursue a degree you are interested and not become 100K in debt. Depending on your degree I would pursue your MBA in whatever fashion fits your learning style the best. If you're looking to get into the health industry take a look at http://www.mhaprograms.org which offers numerous programs that could fit into your style of learning. If you are looking to stay in the IT industry then research the different programs out there and find the one that fits best for you. An MBA is very important to your career and you should complete it at the institution you are most happy and excited about.
