Yes--GMAT is a must for any top B-school in Canada, as is work-ex.

I was not able to apply in GMAT but no worry another Other b-schools that got top ranked are:-
Ashton College
Vancouver Island University
Royal Roads University .I hope i can get in admission in one of them, :D
