I have 13 years experience managing P&L for a public company. I am considering getting an MBA but don't have a bachelors. Are there any programs that give work experience credit? I would really have to start all over in school just to get an MBA

Most programs will consider substituting work experience for a bachelor's degree on a case-by-case basis. You must first find an MBA program that interests you, and talk to the admissions officer or MBA program director about your particular situation.

For example, my own Executive MBA class at Rollins College had one student who never got an undergraduate degree, but had been managing her own company for several years. The school made a good choice accepting her, because she ended up at the top of our class.

Actually, if you wanna get only an MBA degree but how it'll be possible without having the graduate? All universities consider graduate degree first. But most of other is offering MBA tech degree without having any graduate degree. Its five years course but regular. Anyways, don't panic yourself about the degree many other universities also required only experience. Till now I don't have much idea about them but I'll let you know soon.
