My name is David. I am a student at Harvard Law School. Two other students and I just launched a database of MBA applications.

BSchoolCountdown.com is a new website that provides user-generated data to business school applicants. We are having applicants make profiles with their GMAT score, GPA, and some other details. Then they put in the schools they applied to and indicate whether they were accepted/denied/waitlisted. Each school has a graph with GPA on one axis and GMAT on another. Each applicant is a data point on the graph (accepted is green, rejected is red, waitlisted is yellow). To see an example, go to www.BSchoolCountdown.com, click on Harvard, and then click on "graphs".

This way, you can see which schools put more weight on the GMAT, which put more weight on GPA, and which put more weight on other factors.

We have a few other features as well, such as a wikipedia-style entry for each school.

All of the profiles are anonymous. We keep private information confidential.
