You can go for either operations, supply chain or IT and systems. keeping in mind your background and Specially SAP expertise, an MBA in systems might be the best option.

MBA from recognized institutions like isquareit is better. The Program is being finalized and approved by the Academic Council. You will have better experience joining here with multiple options to choose. For more details visit http://www.isquareit.ac.in/PROGRAMS/Program+Summary/index.aspx

Yes, after Mechanical degree in B.Tech or B.E , you can do MBA in IT, Construction, Real Estate or HR. but my advice is MBA in Construction is best for Mechanical degree students .

MBA in Entrepreneurship is a unique and valuable qualification for those who have interest in business. Many companies in dynamic industries such as technology and media require students having MBA degree in Entrepreneurship for managerial position. This field will make students learn wide range of valuable skills that will help in business venture ideas.

If you really want to use your past experience completely you can go for Operations or Supply Chain. Else I think with your experience you may still do an industry shift or some other specialization. Ask yourself that what your you want to achieve in life and which stream interests you. Also you may go for General Management which offered in various B-schools and is getting popular which will open doors for management consulting. At the end I would like to say that its your own choice, talk to your seniors and people in the industry and then make up your mind.

after Mechanical degree you can do MBA in Project Management. To qualify for some of the top job opportunities in this field, you will need to have advance education and training to do the job. The job outlook looks great for project management professionals who have the skill and training of a graduate degree.

MBA programs come in all shapes and sizes, but most prospective students play it safe and plump for one of the stalwarts of finance, marketing, or management.

According to me Mechanical Students do MBA in Production Management. Production Management is better for Mechanical or Auto Mobile Engineers.
